The Process

Should you place an order for an item and have paid your 50% deposit, this is what you can expect to happen next:

First, if the stone is not readily available, an order for your stone(s) will have to be placed.

Each piece is meticulously handcrafted and upon completion of the metalwork, pictures will be taken and emailed to you for viewing and approval.

During this stage, should the piece not be made in accordance with the order placed (perhaps due to a communication/design misunderstanding), this is definitely the time to voice out any discrepancy. Changes will be made to correct any discrepancy and of course at no cost to you. Similarly, if you want a change in design other than what was originally discussed, the cost for any changes to be made will be incurred by you.

Once metalwork has been approved, the benchman will move forward in completing the piece. There will be a lot of work during this period which includes more polishing, setting, repolishing, milgraining (if required) and finally, plating, if so required.

The most rewarding part of the whole process is to view your completed piece. Many photos will be taken and these will be emailed to you for your viewing and approval, together with final order details and the balance of payment due. Upon receipt of the final payment, your order will be promptly shipped via 2 day courier service.
