Once an Order has been Placed
Upon confirmation of an order, I will request a 50% deposit before any work will commence. Your 50% deposit will be requested via paypal. Once your deposit has been made, your order will be placed in line for production. When making your payment deposit, please be sure to include your shipping address and telephone number.
Upon completion of the project, the balance of payment is due. Your item(s) will be shipped via 2-day courier within one business day upon receipt of final payment. If payment is not made within one month from the date of notification, the order will be deemed aborted and any payment previously made will be forfeited.
Shipping + handling charges: usd40
Optional Insurance (~3.8%) is available for insured item replacement only. There is no cash payout and insurance does not cover future shipping cost for replacement ring.
ESTIMATED lead time for orders: 4-8 weeks (subject also to stone availability)
Any custom duty(s) are to be incurred by customer.
Order cancellation: 20% refund of the order value IF metalwork has not commenced. There will be NO refund of the deposit once the metalwork has commenced.
