My goal is to provide my customers with a unique LizC creation they are proud to wear and call their own. Ideally there is plenty of communication between the customer and myself during the order process, so that the end result is what the customer desires and expects.


Upon receipt of your LizC design, please be sure to inspect it accordingly. Should there be any sort of manufacturing defect found, please notify me within one week upon receipt of your item and allow me to rectify any defect(s) at my cost (including return shipping/handling & insurance). Often, the defect(s) can easily be rectified.


With regards to the stone, some cuts/color appeal to some people and not to others.  This is very much a matter of personal preference and taste. Upon receipt, should you wish to change any stones that have been set into your LizC piece, cost(s) for such changes will be incurred by you, so please be sure to take time and care when selecting the stone(s) that will be used in your LizC design.


Before you place your order, please be very sure of the design you have picked. Due to the nature of the custom process, it is impossible for me to accept returns based on a customer changing their mind or wishing they had picked something else.  Please understand that a lot of time, effort and expense is involved when making a custom jewelry design, so 'manufacturing  defect(s)' will not be allowed as a reason for return. Instead, I will endeavor to rectify any defect(s) or design deviation. Returns will only be accepted if the design is not in accordance with your order or if any manufacturing defect(s) cannot be corrected. This is why it is very important for the customer to approve the metalwork before the final stage of the order process commences and the piece is completed.


Care for your 'Lizzies'


Due to the inherent nature of cubic zirconia (8.5 hardness on the Mohs scale), SparklingLizzies may scratch or chip as a result of accidental knocks. As with any other jewelry pieces, it is wise not to wear your ring(s) whilst doing housework or gardening. Accidental knocking and scratching will happen no matter how careful you try to be.


It is best to clean your SparklingLizzies in a solution of warm water and dishwashing liquid, using a clean, soft brush. Be sure not to use any abrasive cleaners. Over the counter jewelry cleaners may also be used, including a home ultrasonic machine which will be sure to give your jewelry a thorough cleaning when needed.


With sensible wear, your SparklingLizzies jewelry should remain sparkling and brilliant and provide much satisfaction for a long time to come.
